What we collect

TachoDash runs entirely on your device. Telemetry data from Forza Horizon 5 & 6 and Forza Motorsport 7 & 2023 is received over your local network and processed locally — it never leaves your phone. The only account data we retain is what you provide to sign in to the theme market: username and an encrypted password hash.

What we do not do

We do not sell or share your personal data. We do not run third-party analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs, and nothing we collect is used to profile you or to track you across apps or websites. Your in-game telemetry stays on your device — we never send it anywhere — and we do not collect location or gameplay data.

Anonymous product statistics

The app reports two kinds of anonymous event to our own servers (never to a third party): that a telemetry connection succeeded for the first time — including how long it took, how you connected, and the game, platform and app version; and which dashboard theme you pick, plus the one you switched from if any. These events contain no account name, no device or advertising identifier, no location, and no in-game telemetry or gameplay data, and for these events we log and store no IP address. We use them only in aggregate — to know how many installs actually get a connection working — and we never link them to your identity, try to re-identify anyone from them, use them to profile you, or share them with advertisers.

Purchases & contact

Purchases are handled by Apple App Store and Google Play through RevenueCat; we receive only a delivery receipt to unlock your content, not your payment details. Contact us at support@tachodash.com for any question about this policy.

App Store and Google Play subscriptions are separate. If you subscribe on both stores, both will keep charging you, but only one subscription is active at a time — the durations don't stack. To avoid paying twice, cancel your current subscription first, then subscribe on the other store. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play settings.
